Prior to her career in behavioral health, Kala spent a decade in law enforcement on narcotics interdiction and intelligence analysis. Seeing gaps in resource delivery, Kala began her clinical path through crisis and advocacy services, school counseling, and outreach operations management. Holding certification in Advanced Pharmacology and Clinical Supervision, Kala is passionate in promoting accessibility to care, and unification of medical and behavioral health treatment through integrated models. Kala enjoys cooking, running and skiing in our beautiful valley with her husband and two stepchildren.
