I love working with clients who are ready to finally resolve limiting, self-destructive patterns and beliefs that are holding them back from living their ideal lives. I specialize in working with and healing addictions (substance abuse, eating disorders/disordered eating, sexual addictions, etc), trauma, and relationship issues.

I implement modalities that combine traditional and alternative approaches in order to help you maintain long lasting changes. I utilize attachment-based and experiential techniques as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have worked in a variety of settings both as a clinician and a supervisor including private practice and residential and outpatient treatment facilitates.

I hope to create a non-judgmental and collaborative space for you to begin the work that allows you to enhance your life and meet your goals. Finding the right therapist for your needs is crucial. I'd love to connect with you through a free phone consultation to decide if we are a good fit.

I live in Denver and love to enjoy the outdoors with my partner and two dogs.
