El Preoperatorio<\/span>\/PACU<\/span> Enfermero\/a Registrado\/a asume la responsabilidad y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas por brindar atenci\u00f3n de enfermer\u00eda compasiva e individualizada para pacientes y sus familias en colaboraci\u00f3n con m\u00e9dicos, personal y otros miembros del equipo para lograr resultados \u00f3ptimos para el paciente.<\/div>\n

Este puesto es PRN o seg\u00fan sea necesario. Re\u00fane los requisitos para recibir un diferencial PRN de 16%.<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO: <\/strong><\/div>\n
\n
    \n
  1. Supervisa el flujo diario de pacientes para optimizar la atenci\u00f3n, seguridad y satisfacci\u00f3n del paciente.<\/li>\n
  2. Proporciona educaci\u00f3n al paciente para facilitar el plan de atenci\u00f3n, promover el bienestar \u00f3ptimo y dar instrucciones de alta para el cuidado en el hogar.<\/li>\n
  3. Demuestra la capacidad de delegar y\/o brindar atenci\u00f3n de manera apropiada y de acuerdo con todos los requisitos reglamentarios.<\/li>\n
  4. Demuestra competencia Preoperatorio<\/span>\/PACU<\/span> habilidades de enfermer\u00eda con todo tipo de pacientes y grupos de edad con supervisi\u00f3n m\u00ednima<\/li>\n
  5. Administra medicamentos, realiza tratamientos y asiste en procedimientos seg\u00fan sea necesario; cumpliendo consistentemente con las pautas de seguridad del paciente.<\/li>\n
  6. Completa la documentaci\u00f3n y el papeleo del paciente con precisi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  7. Capacidad de trabajar en ambos Preoperatorio<\/span> y PACU<\/span> y atender llamadas de forma independiente<\/li>\n
  8. Capacidad de asumir nuevas tareas seg\u00fan se indique con competencia y lo necesario conjunto de habilidades<\/span> alineado con ASPAN<\/span> est\u00e1ndares<\/li>\n
  9. Capacidad para identificar anomal\u00edas y realizar las intervenciones necesarias durante emergencias postoperatorias.<\/li>\n
  10. Ofrece un servicio excelente al utilizar la Atenci\u00f3n Basada en Relaciones para abogar por la seguridad, las preferencias del paciente y la comunicaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima a trav\u00e9s de la asociaci\u00f3n con pacientes y familias.<\/li>\n
  11. Sirve de modelo de los principios de una Cultura Justa<\/li>\n
  12. Realizar otras tareas seg\u00fan se asignen. Debe ser Cumple con HIPAA<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
