The tech prepares and maintains the interments, equipment, and sterile environment necessary for gastroenterology procedures.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Qu\u00e9 har\u00e1s:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepares Preop and PACU for the planned surgical day. Assembles charts accurately, gathers appropriate labels, lab data, H &amp; P, etc., for the chart as soon as available. Shows initiative in completing the chart assembly. Anticipates the unit\u2019s needs for the day. Assists with the collection of specimens and prepares specimens for pathology.
