Prepara, posiciona y escanea a los pacientes para ex\u00e1menes de Medicina Nuclear y PET\/CT. Prepara y administra is\u00f3topos radiactivos, y opera equipos de imagenolog\u00eda de Medicina Nuclear y PET\/CT.<\/div>\n

**Este es un puesto PRN (seg\u00fan sea necesario).**<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
QU\u00c9 HAR\u00c1S:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Realiza todos los ex\u00e1menes de Medicina Nuclear y PET seg\u00fan los protocolos de Vail Health.<\/li>\n
  2. Cumple con el Estado de Colorado en cuanto a pr\u00e1cticas seguras de radiaci\u00f3n en el manejo de radiof\u00e1rmacos.<\/li>\n
  3. Revisa cada examen en cuanto a precisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, env\u00eda los ex\u00e1menes completados al radi\u00f3logo y comunica los datos pertinentes a las personas responsables del cuidado del paciente despu\u00e9s del procedimiento.<\/li>\n
  4. Monitorea el inventario de suministros y notifica al personal apropiado para realizar pedidos cuando el stock sea bajo. Mant\u00e9n las salas de examen y de curaci\u00f3n abastecidas y ordenadas.<\/li>\n
  5. Identifica a cada paciente y revisa las \u00f3rdenes de examen para asegurar la coherencia del examen solicitado con el diagn\u00f3stico cl\u00ednico. Revisa la coherencia de toda la informaci\u00f3n demogr\u00e1fica, incluyendo el nombre y firma del m\u00e9dico, el nombre del paciente y la fecha.<\/li>\n
  6. Mantiene una comunicaci\u00f3n colaborativa constructiva con pacientes, familias, m\u00e9dicos, compa\u00f1eros de trabajo y otros miembros del equipo de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica para contribuir a la continuidad de la atenci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  7. Mantiene las pol\u00edticas y procedimientos establecidos del departamento, los objetivos, la confidencialidad, la garant\u00eda de calidad, las normas de seguridad, las normas ambientales, las normas de protecci\u00f3n contra la radiaci\u00f3n, las normas de control de infecciones y las precauciones universales.<\/li>\n
  8. Mantiene el conocimiento y el uso de los sistemas inform\u00e1ticos HIS y PACS de Vail Health para garantizar la calidad de la documentaci\u00f3n del paciente.<\/li>\n
  9. Sirve de modelo de los principios de una Cultura Justa.<\/li>\n
  10. Realiza otras tareas seg\u00fan se le asignen. Debe cumplir con HIPAA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Certificaci\u00f3n en Tecnolog\u00eda de Medicina Nuclear (NMTCB) y\/o Registro Estadounidense de Tecn\u00f3logos en Radiolog\u00eda en Medicina Nuclear (ARRT(N)).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Certificaci\u00f3n(es):<\/strong><\/div>\n

        • Se requiere Soporte Vital B\u00e1sico (SVB).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
