This will include general procedure and specialty training.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and deliver a training program for Patient Care Technicians to gain skills, knowledge and abilities so they may successfully transition to Clinical Assistants once specific licensure is obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Provide training through first weeks of hire and throughout the Patient Care Technician.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with medical providers and unit management in the planning, implementation and delivery of educational curricula.<\/li>\n<li>Provide CLIA training to staff while staying current on related testing procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and facilitate OSHA training procedures for new and tenured staff to ensure ongoing compliance with medical practice requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Create and implement an in-service continuing education schedule for clinical staff.
